Habitation: South America, from Peru to Patagonia
Appearance: o slim, o long lengs, o moderate long fur, yellow to black-brown, o approx. 120 cm of shoulder height
Lifestyle: o fast runners,
o can sustain heat and cold, live preferably in the open areas,
o males are polygamous and gather a harem of 4-10 young animals; that because of fear are kept together and defend against intruders or rivals, when they seek for a female to entice. 
o as young stallions do not have a harem, they make a
  group
o pack animals, source of meat
  and wool
  Reproduction: o Yearlong, but
  especially in time between May
  and August, one baby is born
  that after just a few minutes
  standing and running follower.
  Gestation period: about 330
  days. Lactation period:
  4 months
