Lifestyle: o
occupy almost all landscapes of it's habitation area; particularly
forests, bushes or flat pebble hollows. It's
activity is mainly at dusk, particularly in the morning and
evening. Mostly
social animal, in pairs or in small harem-like families. They
move normally by hopping with support of the tail. Tail
is also used as the |

in case of danger when they flee away and use it for balance.
Red-necked wallabies had adapted them- selves in Europe in 19th
century. They breed here very well and can sustain cold winters,
when eventually fall victim. |

Reproduction: o
After 30-day pregnancy, blind born,
big thumb babies leave the pouch after 6 months and
after 13-18 become sexually mature.

grass, herbs, field crops
